1 High frequency generator heating principle
HF generator is the core of dielectric heating equipment. It applies three phase alternating current to form frequency oscillation electric field .
Under this high frequency electric field, the molecules like water .glue or PVC will be polarized and form two poles.
The electric field will change pole rapidly meanwhile all the molecules will also move in very high speed.
The friction and impact among molecules can make material get heated in short time. Then the water will be vaporized, glue becomes solid and PVC gets softened rapidly.
High frequency heating advantage:
1) Fast speed and high efficiency.
High frequency heating is 3-5 times faster than hot steam. So it can save the power and improve the efficiency. 2) Uniform heating. High frequency heating is dielectric heating.it forms electric filed with positive and negative pole. HF power can penetrate material deeply.
The water or glue molecules in the material will get heated themselves by friction among molecules. In this way, they get heated from the core material, much more uniformly. 3) Good applicability.High frequency heating can heating can heat kinds of thickness material, such as 2-3 mm veneer surface lamination.1000mm thick engineered wood gluing.
